1、Overview

Characteristics of industrial ring network:
Severe environmental conditions, such as high temperature, low temperature, humidity, dust, and vibration. Under these extreme conditions, the equipment needs to have higher durability and anti-interference ability.
Power supply requirements: In industrial sites, POE technology is required to provide power to certain equipment to reduce the complexity of power lines.
The reliability of the network. In the industrial field, network interruptions may lead to production interruptions, quality issues, and even security risks. To ensure the high reliability and stable operation of industrial grade ring network switch networks, redundant power supplies and hot swapping functions are usually equipped.

2、Plan diagram
For key points, front-end access can be achieved through a rail type industrial switch with a 100Mbps electrical port, and a gigabit optical port can be used to form a gigabit optical ring network, constructing redundant circuits in the ring network. Optional POE for electrical access, which can be connected to and powered by network devices such as network cameras, IP phones, and wireless APs; The computer room uses a rail type industrial switch as the control node to control the links within the control loop and connect to the core switch.
For scattered points, front-end access can be achieved through a rail type industrial switch with a 100Mbps electrical port, and a gigabit optical port can be connected to a convergence switch. The optional POE for electrical port access can be connected to and powered by network devices such as network cameras, IP phones, and wireless APs; The data center uses industrial switches to aggregate front-end data and connects to core switches.
The computer room uses a 24 port gigabit electrical port and a 40000 Mbps optical port switch. The dry Mbps electrical port meets the requirements for local monitoring data transfer and forwarding, while the 10000 Mbps optical port meets the requirements for remote management platforms, allowing units to access monitoring data.
